1. PHYSICAL OVERVIEW
The Redmi Note 13 Pro+ is absolutely a premium-looking phone. Be it from the backside, or from the front side, It just looks marvelous. The phone has a metal or aluminum frame and the back comes in 2 options: Glass back and Vegan Leather back. In leather back, The phone looks so beautiful. the textures and different colors beside the camera lens give a very different yet soothing look to the phone.
The phone is Slim and sleek. The phone weighs around 200 grams and has an 8.9mm thickness. As for ports and buttons, on the bottom side, we have a SIM card tray with Dual NANO sim Support, a Type-C port, a mic, and a speaker grill. on the right side, we get the power button and volume buttons.
On the top side, we get another speaker grill, a mic which is a secondary noise cancellation mic, an IR blaster and another hole that might look like a mic, but it's not a mic, it's a pressure release valve. The speakers we get are stereo speakers which are loud and have got bass. So far, By physical the phone looks good.
2. DISPLAY
The display on the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ is one of the best displays the Note series has ever witnessed. It has a 6.67-inch 1.5K or FHD++ 12-bit Curved AMOLED Display.
This is one of the best displays the note series has got. The display has HDR 10+ Support and also has Dolby Vision support. That means the content consumption experience will be one of the greatest on this display.
The display is very bright. It has a peak Bright ness of 1800nits. The colors are vivid and beautiful, the blacks are dark and each color pops out. As the display supports Dolby Vision, you can enjoy the Netflix shows on Dolby Vision, making it an excellent experience.
3. HARDWARE
Redmi Note 13 Pro+ Comes with Mediatek's Dimensity 7200 Ultra chipset. It is a 4nm chipset with a 2.8 GHz clockspeed. The RAM Type is LPDDR5 and the ROM type is UFS 3.1. The Redmi Note 13 Pro+ will be available in many variants, the base variant will start with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage and goes up to 16GB RAM and 512GB Storage. As for the performance part, The Antutu score of Redmi Note 13 Pro+ come around 700-750K.
In BGMI, the gameplay we get is HDR quality with 60FPS. The gameplay is smooth the phone doesn't get throttled, giving a magnifying experience in gameplay or in doing heavy tasks. As for the Day-to-Day usage, the phone will easily handle all the tasks with an ease. The hardware on the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ is quite powerful and decent.
4. SOFTWARE
Redmi Note 13 Pro+ Comes with MIUI 14 which is based on Android 13. Sad to see that it loads Android 13 out of the box in 2024. As for MIUI, it has some bloatware, which can be deleted easily.
MIUI has a lot of features that a normal user uses in day-to-day life. As for the updates, it will receive 3 major Android updates i.e. HyperOS will be coming soon on this device and 4 years of security patches.
5. SECURITY
As for security, This is the Redmi's first Note series phone which comes with an Under-display fingerprint scanner.
It has an optical fingerprint scanner and face unlock. As the device will receive 4 years of security patches, it is a secure phone and also a future-proof.
The device comes with an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, providing protection against the ingress of dust and allowing it to be submerged in water up to a certain depth.
6. CAMERA
The camera on the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ is quite fascinating. It has a 200MP F/1.7 ISOCELL HP3 Main sensor, an 8MP F/2.2 Ultrawide lens and a useless 2MP F/2.4 macro lens.
The main sensor has been upgraded from the previous versions of the Note series. It also has an OIS support, which helps to click shots with less distractions and it also has a lossless zoom. The photos are crisp and sharp. It also has a 200MP dedicated mode, which clicks super sharp photos.
The selfie camera has a 16MP F/2.2 sensor. As for the Video, The main sensor can shoot up to 4K 30FPS quality. All the basic modes are provided in the camera application.

The battery on the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ is a Standard 5000Mah Li-Po Battery with 120W Hyper charging support.
