The X100 Ultra will be available in Titanium, White, and Black color options, with memory configurations ranging from 12GB+256GB to 16GB+1TB. Pricing for the base vatient is CNY 6,499 (approximately Rs 75,000)

Vivo X100s and X100s Pro: Dimensity 9300+ and 100W Charging

The Vivo X100s and X100s Pro are expected to share similar specifications to the X100 and X100 Pro, but with the addition of the Dimensity 9300+ chipset. These models will be the first to feature this SoC, along with a 100W GaN charger, UFCS integrated fast charging, and a 6.78-inch 1.5K 8T LTPO OLED flat screen.

The X100s will be available in Titanium Black, Blue, and White, while the X100s Pro will only come in Titanium Black and White. Both models will offer configurations ranging from 12GB+256GB to 16GB+1TB.

The X100s Pro is slightly thicker and heavier at 8.91mm and 224g, but it comes with a larger 5,400mAh battery and supports 100W wired and 50W wireless charging. The X100s, on the other hand, has a 5,100mAh battery (up from 5,000mAh on the regular X100) and supports 100W wired charging.

Both the X100s and X100s Pro feature IP69 water resistance ratings, in addition to IPX8 water submersion protection. The displays on these devices are 6.78-inch LTPO OLED panels with a resolution of 1,260 x 2,800px, 10-bit colors, and 100% DCI-P3 coverage. They offer peak brightness of 3,000 nits and utilize 2,160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming.

The X100s Pro sports a flat display, while the X100s has a curved screen. Camera setups include a 1/0.98" main sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide, and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens on the Pro model, while the standard X100s features a smaller 50MP main module, a 50MP ultra-wide, and a 50MP periscope telephoto.

Pricing for the X100s starts from CNY 4,000 (approximately $555) for the 12GB+256GB variant, while the X100s Pro begins at CNY 5,000 (around $690) for the 16GB+256GB configuration.
