1. PHYSICAL OVERVIEW
By Physical, Moto G24 Power looks dashing and beautiful. The Back and frame is made up of plastic and the phone weighs around 197 grams, which is quite a heavier side, because it's comes with a massive 6000MAh Battery in it, which we will talk about later, but the phone feels comfortable.
The phone has thickness of 8.99 mm. The phone has all standard ports and buttons, but one thing that's most interesting is it has a Dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos. The sound quality is decent and loud. It has a Triple Sim slot and 3.5MM jack. on right side, we get volume buttons and power button which doubles up as a fingerprint scanner. So far, the G24 power is decent.
2. DISPLAY
The Moto G24 Power comes with a 6.56 inches HD+ Display with a 90Hz Display refresh rate support. Good to see that we are getting a 90Hz display. The display is good despite being the HD+ panel which is of same as Moto G3 5G.
We also get an punch-hole display at this rate. The colors are punchy and beautiful and display has widewine L3 support, which means only SD or 480P content can be consumed on OTT, while we can watch FHD content on youtube.
3. HARDWARE
The Hardware on G24 power is quite common found in this range segment devices. It comes with a Mediatek Helio G85 processor. The phone comes with a 4/8GB LPDDR4X RAM and eMMC storage which is of 128GB.
Good to see that we are getting a base variant from 128GB only. Now, G85 is a tried and tested processor and it can easily handle normal and somewhat heavy tasks. It also handles gaming which can de done up to 40FPS only.
The hardware is capable of doing task and it is acceptable in this price segment. The antutu score comes around 260-270K, which is acceptable at this price range. by hardware terms, the G24 power looks good.
4. SOFTWARE
Moto G24 Power comes with android 14 out of the box. Good to see that motorola is working on updates and they are delivering A-14 for 2024 devices. It has a MyUI 6.0 which is a Stock UI, but it comes with some bloatware and also the folder bloatware, which suggest some third party apps which are not quite useful and may take the unwanted space.
So uninstalling them would be great idea. But by software and 90Hz refresh support, the experience is quite good and there are minimum lags or frame drops in UI, which is quite good considering the price range and the chipset.
5. SECURITY
Moto G24 Power comes with a side mounted fingerprint scanner which is present in power button. The reliability of the scanner is decent and it is fast. we also get an face unlock which is also fast and reliable.
As for the updates, it will receive one major android update, which is android 15 and 3 years of security patches.
6. CAMERA
The Camera on Moto G24 power is a 50MP F/1.8 main sensor and a useless 2MP F/2.4 macro sensor. The front camera consist of 16MP F/2.2 sensor. The camera results are average and decent, judging the price rate and the overall performance of the device.
The photos are decent sharp and the sensor captures moments steadily. as for the video quality, it can record upto FHD i.e. 1080P 30FPS from both front camera and rear camera. all the basic camera features and modes are also available with G-Cam support too. So far, by camera, the device is decent.
7. BATTERY
This is where Moto G24 power plays a significant role. The phone packs a massive 6000-Mah Li-Po battery in it. and a cherry on a cake moment, This device supports up to 30W Fast charging. The device comes with a 33W charger bundled in the box.
The device gets charged in less than 2 hours or so. the battery backup is also good, considering the performance and efficiency of the chipset. the battery can last easily up to 1.5 days or 2 days.
8. OTHER FEATURES
The Moto G24 Power comes with a IP-52 splash resistant protection certification. as for the other features, it comes with a WiFi 5 and Bluetooth version 5.0.
The Device also comes with a ready-for feature, by which you can cast your phone on the PC or or laptop. it is a 4G phone, so it supports Dual 4G Vol-LTE and Carrier aggregation support. it also has the moto gesture supports too.

The Moto G24 Power starts from Rs. 8999/- for 4/128GB variant and Rs. 9999/- 8/128GB variant. It offers several compelling features that makes it a strong contender in the budget smartphone segment. The phone's key attractions include a large HD+ 90Hz screen, a capable processor, good camera performance in daylight, stereo speakers, and a long-lasting 6000mAh battery with 30W fast charging.
