Lava is day by day making progress by launching devices frequently and at competitive prices, whereas Poco and Redmi are staring to grab the upper hand at budget section. All of them has launched their budgeteer devices which competes on same grounds, making difficult for users to choose between them. So, this article will guide you to which you should buy from these 3 devices: Lava Yuva 3 pro, Redmi 13C or Poco C65.
1. PHYSICAL :
Lava Yuva 3 pro, Redmi 13C and Poco C65 quite share a lot of similarities. All of them have the same Plastic back and Plastic frame, while the Redmi 13C and Poco C65 have a better matte back, making it more stylish. The camera placement is also same with Dual lenses. All of them share the similarities in terms of ports and buttons like all of them have Volume buttons at the right, Power button which doubles up as a fingerprint scanner, Single speaker, Type-C port, a microphone, Dedicated SD card slots at the left side, and 3.5mm Jack.
Redmi 13C and Poco C65 has the color variant of Black and Blue, While Lava Yuva 3 pro has the Greenish blue color gradient, which makes it feel like it is a premium smartphone. So far, by physical, everyone has all the required ports and amenities.

In the display part, the game is little different. Here the Lava Yuva 3 pro takes the upper hand. All of them have an 720P HD+ IPS LCD display with 90Hz screen refresh. As for the quality certification, Redmi 13C and Poco C65 has Widevine L1 certification, which is certified for watching content at Netflix and amazon on HD and Full HD quality, whereas there is no certification info for Lava Yuva 3 pro. As for the protection, all of them has Gorilla glass protection on them, which helps the display in terms of protection against foreign objects contact.
3. HARDWARE :
As for the hardware part, The Lava Yuva 3 pro packs an Unisoc Tiget T616 Processor, whereas Redmi 13C 4G and Poco C65 comes with Mediatek Helio G85 under the hood. As for the Comparision between T616 and G85, both are based on TSMC 12nm architecture and both have the clock speed of 2.0Ghz.
The key difference in both chipsets is G85 has the highest GPU clock speed i.e. 1.0Ghz, compared to T616 having GPU clock speed of 750Mhz. Both chipsets have the score of around 25-260K on Antutu benchmark. As for the practical scenario, both Chipsets are powerful and can handle day-to-day tasks seamlessly. As for the gaming part, due to G85 having an upper hand in GPU, in comparison of T616, gameplay is very smooth on both 13C and C65. BGMI can be played on 40FPS, while on T616, BGMI gameplay is limited on 30FPS.
Mediatek G85 is well tested and most performed chipset in 10K segment, T616 is the fresh chipset offered by UniSoc and has been least tested by brands, so in terms of testing and load-handling experience, G85 takes an upper hand in Redmi 13C 4G and Poco C65, compared to T616 in Lava Yuva 3 pro. As for the RAM and ROM, all of them have LPDDR4X RAM type, but in storage, Lava clear cut takes an upper hand, it offers a fast UFS 2.2 Storage type in yuva 3 pro, compared to eMMC 5.1 Storage type offered by Redmi 13C and Poco C65.because of having a fast UFS storage, the tasks done on Yuva 3 pro feels fast and snappy.
4. SOTWARE :
As for the software, good to see that all of the 3 devices have the latest android system. The Redmi 13C 4G and Poco C65 have MIUI 14, based on android 13, whereas Lava Yuva 3 pro has Stock android OS, based on android 13.
The software on Yuva 3 pro is clean, light and minimalistic, Thanks to the stock android. The app opening, closing, launching is smooth on Yuva 3 pro, whereas MIUI is a custom android skin of Redmi and Poco, although Poco C65 comes with MIUI 14 but a skin of poco launched is applied on it. They are also smooth and fluid. the main difference in those OS are Lava Yuva 3 pro comes with 0 bloatware apps, only all essential apps are included.
Whereas 13C and Poco C65 comes with a little bloatware, which can be deleted and a security app, which can be disabled, for not having a bad experience with UI. so far, all the 3 devices have the latest OS systems. As for the updates, all of them will receive a single major android update i.e. Android 14 and 2 years of security patches, which will help to counter malicious software and keep the phone safe from any spyware or any malware time to time.
5. SECURITY :
As for the security, all of them have side mounted fingerprint sensors included in the power button and also have face unlock. All of them comes with latest security patches and updates.
6. CAMERA :
The camera system on all their devices is quite a lot similar. All of them have a 50MP F/1.8 main shooter camera and the useless lens. Lava Yva 3 pro as 2MP macro, Redmi 13C has 0.08MP aux lens whereas Poco C65 has both 2MPmacro and 0.08MP Aux lens. On the front, all of them have the same 8MP F/2.0 Selfie camera.
All of them have the support of FHD i.e. 1080P 30FPS Video recording. the camera samples on 13C and C65 are sharper and vivid whereas, the shots on Yuva 3 pro are soft and on natural side. besides, all of them are budgeteer phones, so all of them have decent camera performance.

All the Three devices have the same 5000Mah Standard Li-Po Battery packed in them. all of them have 18W charging support, but Redmi 13C comes with a 10W charger, whereas C65 and Yuva 3 pro comes with 18W fast charger in box.

The lava Yuva 3 pro comes in a single variant of 8/128GB and is priced at 8999/-, whereas Poco C65 comes with 4/128Gb and priced at 8499/- and Redmi 13C 4G comes with 4/128GB and priced at 8999/-. Though there is a mere 500/- difference, but if you want a clean software, fast storage and a decent camera with modern and good-looking smartphone, then you can go for Lava Yuva 3 pro. If you want to do gaming, and you have an experience of MIUI and want a good camera and a long-lasting smartphone, then you can surely go for Redmi 13C or Poco C65.
